Flight Experiences & General Site Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all flight experiences, trial flights, voucher purchases, and general use of services provided by Peterborough Flying School, operating out of Sibson Aerodrome. By purchasing a voucher, booking a flight, or using our website and facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• Height Limit: Maximum height for flight experiences is 6'5".
• Weight Limit: Maximum weight limit for standard flight experiences is 16 stone. Different limits may apply depending on the specific aircraft type and activity. Participants exceeding these limits may be refused flight for safety reasons.

• All flights are strictly weather-dependent and subject to operational limits varying by aircraft and activity.
• Mandatory Action: You must call us on 01832 280634 before leaving home to confirm that weather conditions are suitable for your flight.

• Operational Changes: Due to operational reasons, your scheduled flight time or day may occasionally need to be changed. Peterborough Flying School will contact you promptly if any adjustments are required.
• Day-of Cancellations: Flights are subject to cancellation on the day of the flight due to safety or operational factors. The pilot's decision is strictly final.

• Validity: Vouchers remain valid strictly until their stated expiry date.
• Late Redemption: Expired vouchers are subject to a late redemption fee of £50.00.
• Transferability: Vouchers are non-transferable.
• On-Day Requirements: A valid voucher and acceptable photographic identification must be produced on the day of the flight. Failure to present both will result in the flight being refused without refund.

Cancellations are refundable up to 14 days following the initial voucher purchase, subject to a 20% administration fee. After 14 days, vouchers and bookings are non-refundable.
