PPL Aircraft Self-Hire Guidelines
Already hold a PPL or LAPL? We offer aircraft self-hire to licensed pilots for local flights, cross-country trips, and hour building.
Club Checkout Requirement
All pilot self-hirers must complete a brief dual checkout flight with a Peterborough Flying School flight instructor, covering airfield procedures, engine handling, and emergency drills.
Currency & Logbook Check
Must present a valid PPL licence, current CAA Class 2 medical certificate, and logbook proof of 3 takeoffs and landings in the preceding 90 days.
